Gotcha Covered did a great job. They are very affordable. It took about 4 weeks to get my blinds in. After that, we were able to schedule installation, and that went very well. No issues whatsoever.

We loved working with Brian and we love our Alta honeycomb blinds. We met him at the Columbus Home and Garden Show and was impressed with the various lines of blinds he carried at Gotcha Covered East. He brought all the samples to our home and we carefully selected a blind that would work with our windows and light preference. When the installer, Jake, hung the blinds, they were a perfect fit and the color was exactly what we hoped for. We couldnt be happier. And the cost was just a little over what the big box stores charge during their sales. Certainly worth it for a better quality product and great in-home service. Want to give an extra shout out to Jake who took extra care during the install and took time to go over the warranty, answering all of our questions.
