Fantastic. The first representative who scoped out the work recognized exactly what needed to be done. The estimating and approval process went smoothly. They scheduled the work as soon as the weather allowed. And the guys who came to actually do the work were fantastic. They even ran into some unforeseen challenges and resolve them. I love my new porch roof and I'm super grateful to roof revivers. I would definitely recommend them.

I am one that doesnt make too many reviews but the service I received from Roof Revivers for our new roof install today was beyond 5 stars and needs to be known. After the tornado ripped through Hilliard, I reached out to Roof Revivers and got connected with Brandon Marker for a free inspection the following day. Brandon was on site, even before the appointment time, which im not used to for any type of repair/replacement work for any job in that manner. Brandon showed extreme professionalism and knowledge showing and talking of the step by step of the inspection and going over all options and paths to take for our roof damage. Brandon was on site, and again, before the scheduled time, of our insurance adjuster to inspect our roof. He provided all photos of his inspection and notes with our adjuster and offered any assistants if needed which Ive never seen before. Brandon asked some detailed questions to our adjuster and made sure that all items were stated and covered that I never thought of asking. His attention to detail from his inspection to being on site with our insurance company crossing every T and dotting every I was top notch which made me feel and trust that they are their for the client and covering all bases of proper work and not cutting corners. The day of install was beyond words. The install team was unloaded, set up and removing the old roof in under 30 minutes. From start to finish and including clean up of all debris and running our full yard multiple times with the magnet wand for nails, was 4 hours. The efficiency and attention to detail of the install crew was mind blowing. Brandon and Ryan Tuhy, Ryan, who is the project manager, were on site overseeing the install and engaging with the install crew assisting and making sure everything is running smoothly. The smooth flow, work ethic, professionalism and skills of this crew and company are outstanding. Highly and strongly recommend Roof Revivers for their professionalism, attention to detail, fantastic customer service, knowledge and finished product results to anyone!
