The nurses were top notch. The doctor was very attentive and thorough. In and out of my 1st wellness check quickly and efficiently.

Dr. Dankovich and the nurses and staff at this branch are wonderful. They are attentive and kind and do not rush you. They take the time to listen and are compassionate. Highly recommend dr. Dankovich and this COPC branch. Stephanie (Jackson) Kuhl

First time with Dr Coleman. Most important aspect of that visit is that he listened. Didnt rush. Great advice. Im Comfortable with Dr Coleman as my new primary care doctor !!! Bravo

Multiple terrible experiences. The staff rarely answered the phone, and blamed it on a new phone system that wasnt working properly. 10 minutes prior to my appt, while in route I received a call that my doctor would not be able to see me. I was told to reschedule my appt through MyChart. I scheduled that appt, arrived timely & was advised by staff that my appt was canceled via MyChart. I didnt receive a notification, or a call. Mind you this was my second time taking off from work. When I questioned staff as to why I didnt receive a phone call, he advised they were busy. My doctor so happened to come out to the waiting area, she began cursing stating that her job was stressful. The staff at the front desk werent friendly at all! I felt as if I was bothering them whenever I arrived to check in. I dont recommend this office for your healthcare needs.
