    A agency i have been with and received horrible continuity of care. Couldnt provide an aide. Never gave proper notice at the end. They claimed to have mailed notice but it was never received and they could not provide evidence it had. I would not waste your time in trying to get sevices you need. We all deserve better then this agency can provide

    i was first working for premier first as a home health aide. they forced me to become a STNA or i would lose my job. they never communicated with changes till the last minute or always made everything our fault.. plus they tried to without notice cancel my clients therapy services then acted confused about why we went to TENDER instead. Tender is 100% percent better... Yes they do ask that you provide your own selected home health aides but that's only to insure that you know and trust the people you have coming in and out of your home. They are also very good with communication my boss notifies us weeks before we have a meeting and is always in touch.. i suggest that if you need nursing ,Aide or therapy services that you go to tender( yes be ready to bring your own aides with you) but other than that . they got you covered!!! also if you have a problem notify them instead of waiting forever to find out whats going on.. if they don't know that you have an issue they will never be able to fix it .. thank you

    I was just given a 30 day notice by the owner that my son would no longer be receiving nursing services. This comes after he has not received services for over a month due to administrative paperwork issues. I don't understand why the agency didn't tell me they were going to be releasing him during the time when they were not servicing him, so that I could have been looking for services elsewhere. I find it hard to believe that they didn't have this decision made for awhile. I have never dealt with an agency that would allow a client to go without services for over a month due to problems on their end. I was left in the dark for the most part, and I had to take initiative to call them and find out what was going on. In my opinion this agency is more about money instead of patient care. Unprofessional.
