Doctor actually cared about what was going on vs just wanting to get out quickly. Have seen wayyyy worse doctors that don't even care about you. Nice to actually be heard and have a conversation instead of just being rushed out.

Seriously a joke of a practice. I have been seeing a Dr here for years and something has changed in the past couple and not for the better. It's like pulling teeth to get your meds refilled. I'm sorry but I don't feel like I have to come in every couple months and waste large amounts of time to have you click a button on a computer to refill the same percriptions I've been on for years! Because of this And the refusal to refill a script unless I make an appointment lead me to the ER and now a very large amount to pay for something they could have done without an office visit. I tried to change to another provider in the office but they won't allow that so I'm done. I'm really going to miss my dr that I have seen for years mispronouncing my name.....along worth the medical assistant asking me what I need refilled..... aren't you the drs office... shouldn't you know?! You all need to need a revaluation of what a dr and drs office is supposed to do....and that's to care for people and there health. Not collect money.

This is getting absurd. The last time I went in, I had no idea my appt had gotten cancelled because I was left no voicemail so I show up and waste my time. I rescheduled. Well, I was called today and told that my appt that was rescheduled is being cancelled. People have health needs and now Im going to need to find a new doctor because I now have another cancelled appt.

Overall, I have pledged to avoid OhioHealth going forward in 2024. Lots of reasons. For me the biggest factor that makes you feel insignificant and like an ant is that you can't even call your doctor's office directly. You have to route through a phone bank and they call the office for you, like a child playing mother may I. It makes you feel like you can't even be trusted to speak to the staff or something. About this particular location, be careful what time you book because it is terrible to visit during school gets in/lets out time - the traffic is abysmal and this parking lot is shared with something else, which means people fly through at the speed of light. I almost got in an accident just trying to innocently park! This location is a nice facility, but I'm 50/50 on the staff. I had one encounter with a nurse who was one of the least friendly healthcare staff I've ever dealt with. Boy, she was a joy. The doctor I saw here is nice and generally means well, but it's clear they are entirely beholden to the OhioHealth corporate policies and script. They aren't allowed to actually practice medicine. They have to follow what OH wants them to do in the rule book, just like every other broken major medical institution these days. It results in a lot of unnecessary tests (stress and expense to the patient) and they never find out what's actually wrong with you. It's all corporate nonsense, which was also evidenced by their mask policies that were still incredibly strict when the rest of the country (even medical) had gone back to normalcy. They were insisting patients could not wear a cloth mask, and absolutely must don one of their lovely cheap toxic blue paper masks (which ironically are from China and were comically large and droopy falling off all our faces). Because science, that's why, how dare you question us! In all my experiences since then, I've just lost more and more faith in OH, one visit at a time. Recently, I had something happen that was so petty and infuriating, it made me realize that I'm not a person to them, I'm just a living breathing pocketbook. I'm done!

Ive been coming here for a couple years seeing Erin Keller. Erin is absolutely amazing and I love her. When shes not there in my opinion its absolutely awful. I sat in the room three times for over an hour trying to get 2 vaccines. The first time I went there after letting them know prior to my appointment, the two vaccines that I needed they did not have them and had to reschedule me after making me wait an hour and a half just to tell me that I couldnt get them. I had another appointment today to get two vaccines and I sat there for over an hour waiting. They ask you to come 15 minutes early but then they didnt even take me back until 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled and then I sat in the room for an additional 45 minutes waiting. Erin is the only reason I come here. And the cherry on top of everything is in MyChart it shows that Im going through fertility treatments for the past year and a half. The nurse walks in and says good news is youre not pregnant.
