I would give this place negative if I could. They make you pay upfront and wait for reimbursement from insurance even if the service is 100% covered. Also I asked for a copy of my treatment plan to be able to call around and was given SOMEONE ELSES PAPERWORK!!! (I took it back in and got the correct one) but that has to be some sort of hippa violation. Which leads me to believe the services werent actually called into MY insurance since I was being talked to about the other persons treatment plan. The dentist himself was very nice. The office is just ridiculous though. Will never be returning. Ive never been so angry.

Had permanent crowns put on in July 2022 for a little over $1500 00. I have had same said crowns fall off 3 separate times since 2022. Jan 2024 my Permanent crown falls off again and doc says I need a new crown, which costs me $978.00 up front. Deshawn takes my impression and they put it on and tell me 2 weeks come back for my permanent. Today was the permanent crown day and it has been an absolute nightmare. Deshawn starts to try to take off the temporary crown and has trouble from the start. He finally takes the tooth pliers and tries those. Now during this attempt he has slipped off of my tooth and is hitting my other teeth and stabbing my gums repeatedly. He mumbles he can't remove it and gets the dentist. Dentist tries and says it looks like PERMANENT CEMENT was used on my TEMPORARY crown. Well after a few more tries the dentist says I need to be numbed to have the crown drilled out, IN PIECES, in order to be removed. Now I don't know what temporary cement that takes this type of effort and the dentist did not believe it was temporary cement. I was lied too. And the dentist knew it too. It's important to note that as the dentist is drilling the crown out and is saying it looks like permanent cement was used that Deshawn was rolling his eyes as he was haphazardly holding the suction tube in my mouth and stabbing the back of my throat. Dentist finishes drilling and sanding and then leaves Deshawn to adhere crown. He cannot get it to fit correctly because, HE USED PERMANENT CEMENT on my temporary crown so hence the dentist had to drill the crown out so he changed to surface area so permanent crown would not fit. Dentist then comes back in and tells me I need to come back in a week to have the areas drilled and cleaned and then have a new impression taken. And then another 2 weeks for lab to complete the crown. Dentist leaves Deshawn to adhere my permanent crown as my temporary until a new impression can be taken. Well he adheres it and it's in the wrong position so now I cannot even properly chew on my right side. I tell him and he is not taking me seriously and mumbles to himself and I finally tell him I've had enough and he is not to touch me any more.l and I am in tears at this point. Another dental hygienist, Sophia (an absolute sweetheart) comes over and sits and calms me and asks me what is going on. I tell her what's been going on for almost 2 hours and she steps in. She calmly tells me she is going to take a look and before she did anything she talked to me and calmed me and wiped my tears away. Dentist comes in and has to drill the crown down so that I can property bite and close my mouth. He finishes and Sophia takes me to the front and hugs me and ensures I am ok and what the best steps are. Deshawn mumbled 3 words the entire time his hands were in my mouth. Sir I've been in the chair for an hour and a half of what should have been a 10 mins procedure. Now I've have to have my tooth drilled AGAIN. For a 3rd time. I am furious at this point. Did I mention this is the 2nd permanent crown I've had to pay for? This office has gotten well over 2000k from me for crown and they keep falling off. I'd like my last crown payment back since the services rendered have been mediocre at best. This is not ok that this is the state of the US medical system. This is not ok. Period.
