Thrive to Lead

I had the priviledge of working with Kristen Schmitt of Thrive to Lead and she was instrumental in my growth over the past few months. Kristen is an active listener and introduced me to tools to help me with everything from anxiety to having the ability to have difficult conversations with both my direct reports and senior leadership. I found myself looking forward to my weekly meetings which is so unlike me to look forward to any meeting. She leaves you feeling like she truly cares about your progression and it was a great opportunity to be able to speak candidly about my professional struggles and concerns. Furthermore, the coaching and tools I received I have also been able to apply to my personal life. I highly recommend this company, specifically Kristen. I hope I get to work with her again one day!

I worked with Kristen for the last few months as part of a program through my employer. It has been such a helpful experience. I was a new manager at the time and she helped me tremendously to grow my confidence as a leader. I felt like she was incredibly insightful and thought provoking with her ideas. I'm so thankful that I was given the opportunity to work with her. I highly recommend working with Kristen!

Kristen is an exceptional leader and coach. She has a patience through listening and insight sharing, provides a space and opportunity to explore experiences, while identifying goals. This paved a path of development, through homework and accountability. The consistency and cadence shed light for ongoing reflection and growth. I greatly appreciated her guidance and coaching - a ton of takeaways I continue to put into actions for my career - I highly recommend partnering with Kristen for coaching sessions or workshop.

I worked with Kristen for nearly a year as part of a company-sponsored initiative to upskill leaders. I cannot recommend her coaching, approach and patience enough. I got so much more than I imagined out of my experience, and emerged as a stronger, more empathetic and driven leader. After our first few meetings, Kristen mapped out a journey specifically for me, based on the objectives we brainstormed and her experience with all manner of leadership growth plans. She began with the end in mind, was incredibly adaptable and always direct and honest with her feedback. Working with Kristen was like having a personal business school professor teaching a master class, but where all the case studies and learning modules were my real-world experiences, and the professor became a trusted mentor and friend, genuinely invested in my progress and success.

Kristen is a dynamic coach that I'd recommend to anyone looking to develop professionally and/or personally. I worked with her when she was helping me and my teammates be more accountable and autonomous. She provided helpful and practical tips and real life examples that helped me grow.
