Amazing customer service from Alexis. Picked up on time at Caliber collision and was in a rental in ten minutes. Kyle very sweet and helpful. To start the day with the kindness and good service provided by Alexis ensures we will be repeat customers when the need arises. Excellent!

visited for an insurance rental took them two days to get me a vehicle. Insurance adjuster had to raise my rate because they didnt have any sedans available, my adjuster was forced to raise my rate not once but twice just to be able to get a vehicle. I called several branches and was made to seem like an annoyance because they claimed nothing was available i contacted Morse road enterprise, tussing road enterprise, westerville enterprise, grandview enterprise, and apparently none of them had anything for rent. Only thing positive about my experience was the new employee at cherry bottom he was very nice and followed me home with the rental vehicle he was the only one that showed good customer service besides the guy i checked out with when i re turned my vehicle.
