Very nice and polite guys, but I made the appointment with notes I needed the engine checked and my navigation was frozen with the no gps sign. At check in we went over all of this and I agreed to pay the fee to have a diagnostic done. The engine was checked, but was told they could not check anything with the gps as they didnt have the capabilities and I would need to go directly to a dealer service location. Had they told me that up front I could have gone somewhere else to get both items checked. They essentially got the full fee for half the work and now Ill have to pay again to get the other half checked out somewhere else.

Had a great experience, everyone was kind and very helpful. Thankfully I just needed an oil change and filters replaced and they got that done super speedily even though they had to order a filter for me from a local shop around the corner. Will definitely go back in the future.

They didn't do a good job repairing my car twice. I will never go back to this shop.
