The Residence at Christopher Wren Apartments

Lived here for 3.5 years. Had to do 90 percent of my own maintenance. Office staff only responded when it benefited them!!! They entered my apartment unlawful 3 times. They would give notices that they were going to enter some time "next week". (You must give a 24 hr notice of a 24 hr time frame.) This too was unlawful. When I gave a two month notice to move out they said I couldnt move out and wouldn't except my notice bc my contract wasn't up for 3 more weeks, (even though they broke contract every time they entered without knocking or without permission, and one time without any notice at all.) STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. They also tried raising my rent every year by at least ten percent. The apartments look nice from the outside but the years of horrible drywall fixes and half as repairs has the inside looking very bad. And you can hear everything your neighbors above and beside you are doing because the walls are so thin. Do NOT consider this place.

Brand new here but so far I like it. Town house is very spacious, grounds seem nice although seems like they need additional trash dumpsters and residents don't appear to clean up after dogs as there is tons of dog poop all over the grounds.
