The Reserve at Walnut Creek

From the moment I called for information, Kaylynn answered and the level or service has never wavered. The process was efficient, easy and customer service was excellent. I have been a resident for 2 months and that committment has not changed. It is a quiet, well kept community. No issues with parking and the same level or service from Kaylynn and Bobbi is 5 star. If you are looking for a place to call home. This is it.

I've been here almost 8 months and the only thing I don't like is this parking I shouldn't have to park 2 or 3 buildings away from my apt I work all hr and late nights we should have a signed parking and visitor should have to park on the extra parking it makes no sense for me have to park near the dang pool Area smh other than that it's fine and I do think the appliances could b updated

I am so glad I came across this complex. Lauren was quick to reply, answering any questions I had, & easy to communicate with. She even helped me with my application process and got me approved within a few hours. July cant come soon enough! Edit : I lived there for about a year but had to move out of state very suddenly, but I loved my experience there. Subletting it to another person was such an easy process, thanks to the staff. I had these little outdoor bug problems, they came and got rid of them. My fridge was leaking, they fixed it. It started again, so they replaced my fridge. I asked for hand sanitizer by the dumpster & they actually installed one. (I always felt grossed out after touching the handle) Parking wasn't a huge problem at all. I just get lazy when to walk when it's not directly in front of my apartment I always felt safe and even safe enough to leave my car there until tow could pick it up. And overall, the staff were always so kind. Quick to resolve my little issues and communication was amazing. I wish I could move back
