        Greg and Gavin came to fix a problem with my faucet. Turned out it was an embarrassingly easy fix. They decided the visit would be no charge. I cant tell how rare that is in this day and age. Roto Rooter will be my go-to plumbers now. Service: Faucet installation

        The plumber solved the problem and worked hard to do it. He was very grumpy, but we all have days that are not our best. Also left a trail of broken and damaged items that now have to be repaired. He came in masked as per COVID requirements then proceeded to take it off and did not put it back on. Unacceptable. I will never use RotoRooter again when there are enough other capable competitors who will respect my family, health and company policies. Service: Drain cleaning
