Called on July 6th, 2021 and was told they are behind but be patient (about 6 weeks out) and they would get an estimate to you, per Debbie in their office. Ended up waiting 9 weeks then called and left a message. Asked for a return call, for if nothing else, to be told that the estimate hasn't been completed yet or that I missed it either in email or at my house somewhere. This time around they never returned the message or responded in any fashion. Companies can only use the pandemic as an excuse so much. It's just plain common courtesy to return a call. Apparently, responding to customers in need isn't important.
