Initially I was dissatisfied with issues surrounding our Mendota stove purchased at Buckeye Stoves, but Lorraine, the owner has gone out of her way to correct most of the stove issues. The Buckeye techs have been at our home several times, and the most important issue (the stove would not stay lit) has been resolved.

Love my insert. Only need to use propane when I'm going to be away from home for a day or two. The fellas that installed my insert were very friendly, clean and efficient. However, getting pellets delivered seems to be an issue. I recommend ordering well in advance before getting low on pellets. It seems to take several weeks, after paying for them, to get them delivered. And, you should order 2 ton at a time as there is a 70$ delivery fee. Other than pellet delivery issues my experience with buckeye stoves was, for the most part, good

Great company to deal with! Very knowledgeable and helpful about their products. Had pellet stove installed and I am beyond happy with Buckeye Stoves! Highly recommend

Excellent work cleaning my chimney/fireplace insert. They took great care of my space and were extremely professional and helpful. They are my new "go to" for my fireplace needs.
