New to the area, needed to get my young kids in with a dentist. They did exams for my 5 and 3 year olds and the hygienist was phenomenal. When I brought them back for their next appt 6 mos later, I scheduled myself an appointment. I've been putting it off due to having been without regular cleanings since getting pregnant almost 6 years ago. The hygienist was extremely kind, very thorough and attentive to how I was feeling through the trickier parts of the cleaning. All of the staff I spoke with were friendly, Dr Spence put me at ease and made me chuckle a couple times. I learned more about maintaining my oral health than I ever did at any of my other dentists or orthodontists. I wish I caught my hygienist's name, she was the same one who cleaned my 3 year olds teeth and made her feel so incredibly comfortable and kept her calm. She was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, as well as friendly and thoughtful. I could go on and on about my visit! I've seen my share of rough rude orthodontists, and indifferent but okay dentists, both of which partially led to my stopping regular dental appointments. I will happily return to Dr Spence and feel safe bringing my kids to his practice too!

Best Dentist I have ever been cared by I am in my sixties and have always been apprehensive about dental visits. I had neglected my teeth since my previous dentist retired a few years ago. I had a very painful infection develop as a result of a broken wisdom tooth. Dr. Spence's office got me in quickly, assessed my condition and removed the wisdom tooth as soon as the infection subsided. In all honesty, the procedure was absolutely pain free. Dr. Spence and his entire staff are amazing. As soon as I heal from the extraction I will be entrusting them to perform the deep cleaning and root planning that I need to get my teeth and gums back healthy. This is a wonderful dental practice that I highly recommend to anyone. Dave C -

Dr.Spence and his staff are amazing. I have been to them twice in a month and a half. I have terrible teeth due to growing up without annual preventative dental appts. I have always had terrible anxiety leading up to and during my appts. Its never been easy, still isnt but Dr Spence and his staff are so patient and kind. They check on me the entire time while doing their work and talk me through what they are doing. I so appreciate how conscientious they are as well as just how gentle considering the work I had to have done today. I would recommend for sure!

Been going here ever since I was a child. Flexible with my schedule as well as professional and courteous. Couldn't recommend a better dentist.

The best experience I've ever had at a dentist. I haven't had insurance in years and so my teeth are pretty bad. I usually get shamed for that by dentist but Dr Spence and his staff never made me feel less than or bad. They were completely understanding and caring. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all future dental work!
