Unprofessional and doesn't seem to care about people's time. Took my SO there to get her car cleaned, and it turns out that he had tried to contact at 6 PM the previous day to "touch base" via email, and supposedly tried to call. She turns her phone off at night after she's done working and didn't check her email that night. She booked the appointment on June 11th for today and booked no clients for her own work to clear up her schedule. Arrived and was told that "something came up" and that he wouldn't work on the car today. Our schedules are very packed and we can only do weekends - we were told we'd need to wait two weeks to get another appointment. I find it very inconsiderate to cancel without even speaking to the client, and then not trying to work something out with our schedule when it wasn't even our fault. Owner of the business likes to claim it's a "two way street" but when you're not actively trying to work with clients you've given the short stick... to it's more like a one way street from a business with poor time management and poor customer care. Seeing his "response" saying he tried to reach out two days prior is a total fabrication, as well as the "booking less than a week out" is a lie as well. This all further shows that I will highly recommend AGAINST going to this business for your Auto Detailing and give another local business your attention.
