        Joe was fantastic to work with. First time home buyer and he made the inspection review very easy and clear to understand. I really appreciate going into detail right there on the property as well as him providing pictures of what he inspected. Highly recommend!

        Very thorough and explained everything he saw during the inspection. Then he explained the things in order of importance to get taken care of that presented potential issues. Would definitely recommend Kelly Property Inspections for a good honest inspection.
