        Excellent service, the night staff is extremely friendly and fast. The entrance to the warehouse is on Findlay St, immediately after the U-Haul store.

        The lady at the shipping office was rude.. and have 2 face .. if coworker around she act ok.. but if she by herself OMG!! So rude.. maybe she not happy with her life but why she bring it to the job.. I suggest for her to quit her job and learn about religion

        They dont care about your time. It doesnt matter when you checked in. They'll call you when they want to for a dock. Ridiculous.

        I got here 6 hrs early for my appointment and got a door right away and thought at first that they were going to take they're time loading me but not bad experience for me. Loaded less than 2 hrs.

        So slow!!! 4 hours and still waiting to get loaded. They will load drop trailers and leave a line of trucks waiting. Good luck anyone with a live pick up.
