Tom & Jerry's Plumbing Electric Heating Air Conditioning

Had water drainage issues and Tom and Jerrys found a collapsed sump drain line. They dug a new line and fixed my problem. They did a great job and actually left a smaller mess in my yard than I expected. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend to others.

Jerry addressed all my issues, explained everything to me that he was doing and even gave me some insight into how my system works. 10/10 experience! Great work, timely, and straight to the point. Couldnt ask for better service

So. Dumb - ME! We've used this company for years and it wasn't until this week's service call where I had my lightbulb moment to write a review of them. DUH . While the service they provided was, as always, top-notch (read: timely, efficient, professional...), it was the above-and-beyond service provided in the beginning of 2023 that leaves me feeling completely remiss not reviewing sooner. We discovered our basement flooded two hours before we were due to leave on a scheduled (and paid for) vacation. Long-story short: Tom and Jerry's (and the water restoration company representative) encouraged us to go on our trip. T&J's took care of the sump-pump culprit coordinating with both the house-sitter and water restoration company) in our absence. THAT was both super-appreciated and comforting. We could have asked for absolutely nothing more. Well, okay, we COULD have asked for it to have been gratis... Recording the above example, I'm reminded of another. Years ago we hired them to install equipment to more quickly dispense hot water in my parents' home - 70 miles south of their location. Yet another job completed to everyone's satisfaction. T&J's is and has always been a trusted service provider for our plumbing, septic, heating/cooling - and occasional - electrical needs. I'm grateful to have a company and individuals (Mike, Forest, Brian, etc.) so readily available and responsive to the plethora of "major household" needs we've encountered.

Called June 6, 2023 to get our all house generator, which Tom and Jerrys installed, routine serviced. Was told someone would contact me in a couple of days to set up an appointment. Nothing. Called back on June 19th to see what was up. Was told we really do not schedule things (????) because we are never quite sure what we will have each day but someone should contact me in the next couple of days. It is now 4 days later, nothing. We are going to a different company. I cannot comment on their work because well, it never happened. Not being attentive to a product they sold and installed, Big red flag to us. I hope everyone else has a much better experience. Oh, during this time they have driven by our house multiple times doing work at the house down the street?? Guess it was not scheduled just good fortune for the neighbors
