I really like the water bottle they provided me. It has a cap that also folds and holds my phone. They always have innovative products and ideas. Very kind staff as well.

We decided to go with City Apparel for a T-shirt sale at work and have been so pleased with the experience. All factors were excellent: the level of assistance from Account Manager Britney, the ability to have an online pop-up, the turnaround time from order to delivery and the quality of the items we received. One of my co-workers said of an item they ordered (a jacket): Theyre really sharp and warm! Better than any Ive ever had. We were able to add a donation on to every order and have the right colors available for our uniform requirements. The quality of print and embroidery were excellent and we will definitely use City Apparel again. We also have shared our great experience with our colleagues. Thanks again for everything!

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered uniforms for work. I got the uniforms and they didnt fit, no problem Ill just exchange them. Wrong! No where on the website does it mention that I would not be able to exchange or return these items. I spoke to customer service and she informed me that they were unable to Accommodate me. I mentioned this was not how I understood the policy based on what was on their website. The representative was incredibly indifferent. So I keep the merchandise and wear the items that do fit. After its first wash (following the suggested Care instructions) the scrub jacket rips at the pocket. I call to report this issue and see if maybe theyd replace a defective item. No answer to any of my 5 phone calls. Youd think that a company would treat such a big contract better but its clear that City Appareal only sees the dollar sign not the customer. Ill be sure to tell everyone I come in contact with to try the other options Ive learned about when purchasing uniforms.
