You won't go wrong for going with Charles E. Boyk Law offices! My experience with Charles Boyk (Chuck) was beyond my expectations. From the very start with my consultant with him and his assistant Katie to the very end when I signed for my settlement. I felt I was taken care of, well informed to make a educated decision and wasn't forgotten. Chuck and Katie make an amazing team! I truly felt that Chuck had my back and wasn't going to let the other party not pay what I deserved for what I went through. He informed me from the start how the process would go and that I have the final say. It went exactly as he stated and to be expected since Chuck is a true expert in his field. Whether I wanted to settle or go to court Chuck felt I couldn't go wrong and was ready to go to bat for me either way. He really works beyond his percentage! Katie is a hardworking woman that returned any call or text in a timely matter and really explained everything in detail that was being presented to me. She really cares and has a great understanding of what's going on. She always a delight to speak with and keeps it real.
