GOLDEN PEAR VOICE AND IMAGE

After utilizing Golden Pear's masterful imagination for our "on-hold" messages, I don't think there was a single caller that minded being put on hold. Some even asked to be put back on "hold" so they could listen again and again. They really hit it out of the park! Rex and Kellie were such a pleasure to work with.

Rex and Kellie are amazing people to work with. Not only do they record our company's on hold message, but they take the time to handle the content and updating of this message on a quarterly basis. We have also had Kellie take over our firm's branding and she has done a wonderful job with keeping our social media up to date, etc. They are professional, helpful and genuinely care about the companies that they do business with.
