        When this business left Findlay, it went downhill!! Persons answering phone are way less than cordial or friendly. I had a cleaning scheduled for "mid morning" ---called @ noon & was told "it won2:15't be long" By 2:15 I tried to call again & voicemails were "full" Finally someone from a different phone # called & wasn't happy I complained about no service --he rudely said, "sorry you had to wait!" I had already waited 4+ hours with no communication or explanation. Would not recommend or ever again contact this company!!!!
