        Very poorly maintained, repairs are never in the budget. Small apartments and management and neighbors are always nosing into your business. Several tenants have complained about no hot water for years, with no resolution. Shots fired next door twice in the last two years. Corporate ownership does not answer complaints. Invests in new property before taking care of current properties. Many reviews on this page are not people that have lived here.
