I am beyond grateful that I found Heather. Flash backwards 4 years ago, I couldnt go up the stairs, I was in so much pain all of the time. I went to so many doctors that couldnt give me answers or solutions. I found Heather in a late night google search and I am forever grateful. Heather addressed all aspects of my health, from the food I was eating and WHY I was eating it, to the mental and emotional aspect. She introduced me to a solid vitamin routine, cleaner diet and consistent yoga routine. These practices have allowed me to change my life. Heather opened my eyes to how to take care of myself and make myself a priority, find calm in the chaos and be grateful for every moment.
