If I could give no stars I would. I came i to the Fairlawn office for tooth pain. As soon as I checked in I was told I needed to pay 94 before even running my insurance. The rude condescending front desk clerk became irritated once I called my insurance company on speaker phone and questioned her why she ran my card before verifying my insurance. She then yelled, " I'll just give you a refund." I asked to speak to the office manager and she stated she was the office manager. I was seen for the exam only to be told I needed a to come back because I needed a tooth pulled (duh) and the cost would be over 500.00. I left and ever went back. This was three weeks ago and I still have not received my refund. This first time I reached about the refund I was told it had been processed and it takes 7 days to come back to me card. The next time I called (14 days later) I spoke to a girl named Amira and she placed me on hold for over 10 minutes before I was hung up on. I then called back and got no answer. I called and left a voicemail to CEO (Bob Fontana) him nor a representative from his company have not returned my call. I finally talked to a customer service representative who first told me the refund was processed. I again stated I hadn't received. She checked again and said my refund "declined" and they sent a check to address I haven't lived at in 3 years. I asked that the check be canceled and a new one be issued and was advised this is a process and can take a week or two. I then asked for a call back once the refund was reissued and was advised I could call back ad check the status. I wish I would have read these reviews before I waisted my time. DO NOT GO HERE!!
