        Booked a unit online. Got the gate code through email and unit number, came Sunday to access our unit and our gate code didn't work/ and or didn't give instructions to get into unit. Came back Tuesday during supposal office hours, door was locked and no one was in sight. Called and no answer. Watched someone else pull through the gate so their code worked, we don't have the right code I guess? How frustrating. This has been horrible and we can't get ahold of anyone. After this I WOULD NOT recommend storing here, definitely going to be in the process of getting our money back. That's IF we can get ahold of anyone.
