        I recently had our Yamaha 252SD Jet Boat in for maintenance before the boating season begins. I must say, the experience was exceptional! I was greeted by Tanner just moments after I pulled up to the drop-off point. I had been speaking with Tanner on the phone several times for a part that was missing from our boat. He did all the research and returned my call very promptly. This is a new level of service from Lodders that we havent seen before. Dont get me wrong the old crew (parts and service) cared but Tanner takes it to a new level that you are going to appreciate. We talked to our salesman before we left Brad is incredibly knowledgeable about their products and will take the time to understand your needs. I cannot emphasize enough the level of customer service I received over these past few weeks. Tanner went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. We live 2 hours away from Lodders and it is worth the drive to work with this great group of people. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Lodders, and they certainly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience with Lodders was outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new boat or service or parts. Their dedication to excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction sets them apart from the other Yamaha dealers in Ohio. Thank you, Tannner, Brad, and others for making our boating experience a real pleasure!
