Spent almost an hour attempting to cash 2 checks. I was treated like I stole the checks even after going out to the vehicle and getting the person who wrote the checks. We were interrogated, judged for him not having a debit card due to being tired of his son stealing it, and questioned as to why I was written a check which is frankly not their business. Even after calling the bank and verifying everything in front of them we were not apologized to or anything. There was no reason to be talked to and treated the way we were. We did nothing wrong.

I think this the last time I do business with check smart. Samantha called me to let me know I missed a payment. I told her Id pay it next week because I didnt have it. She got sarcastic and rude like I was stealing money or taking it out her purse. The back and forth sarcasm should have never happened. This behavior doesnt make me feel like a customer. Hope she starts treating people better
