WellNow Urgent Care

I had a great experience--first time patient. I was in and out of there in 40 min. I only waited 5 min. to be seen. I saw a nurse, then doctor, got diagnosed, prescription sent to pharmacy, visit summary issued, and out the door! The facility was clean, and the staff was kind, caring, and thorough. I'm so glad to have such a facility in my neighborhood! The above was my initial review from a Dec. visit. Not sure why it's posting again. However, I'd like to add that I was there yesterday and had another excellent experience. Booked a time online, did all necessary paperwork online, checked in online. Walked in 10 min. early and was taken right away! All personnel were kind and caring. Was diagnosed and sent on my merry way--all in 30 minutes.

I scheduled online the night before and it was very easy and quick. All I had to do upon arrival was let the receptionist know that I was there. My wait time to be called back was maybe 3 minutes, I was seen immediately and everyone was extremely nice and professional. My entire appointment was concluded in under 35 minutes, which was great for me as I have an ear infection and am in a lot of pain. I would HIGHLY recommend WellNow to anyone who needs an urgent care that is thorough, professional, kind, and doesn't make you wait for hours to be seen.

I was out of town but my dad had an emergency. His aide brought him. We were able to work together to get him registered and diagnosed. He had to go to emergency. Because of your service he was able to get treated immediately and admitted. This was Easter Sunday evening. Thank you so much.

Took my toddler there for an ear infection got to the desk at 6:30pm and was told by the receptionist they are not taking anymore patients although I was there 30 minutes before closing she just shrugged her shoulders. Very disappointing. I guess you have to be registered by 6:30 very confusing

First timer getting stitches! My experience here was WONDERFUL. Clean/welcoming environment. The staff here is amazing with warming personalities. Probably the best urgent care I have ever had to visit!
