I am a business owner and I needed to store a piece of equipment! With very little warning they doubled the price! I understand we must raise our rates from time to time but that was ridiculous! Then they hit me with a $30 late charge! Thanks but no thanks! Buyer beware! P.S. they would NOT prorate or give a credit when l left early! I paid the price but Im NOT HAPPY!

The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and answer any questions you have.I am glad I found them when I was looking for a unit to rent.

First, Lorrie and Nick were very nice and professional. My problem was the drastic rate increase! Raising it to $71 was unreasonable for a outside spot, even if it is behind the gate. It's one of the reasons I left.
