        Marge is more than a receptionist. She makes you feel welcomed just speaking with her on the phone. She has a bubbly personality, and that is so needed today. Tom was my PT, and he was so knowledgeable and hospitable. He gave me more answers about what's possibly been going on with my shoulder than the orthopedic Doc and neurologist I've gone to have. He stayed within his scope of practice, but you can tell my condition was not his first rodeo. Their equipment is clean and modern. They actually show you how to use it and make sure you're doing your exercises correctly. I didn't feel like just another invoice there. Time was taken to listen to my issues and explain my treatment plan. I'm glad they accept my insurance and that my insurance company referred me to them. Novacare (EUCLID LOCATION) is THE BEST!
