Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Ive been coming here for years. Convenient location close to home and just off the highway. A little pricier than competitor but they are much further away. The staff have always been great, no issues. My car is always available and minimal wait time at pickup even when I book less than 24hrs in advance.

I would like to say that I rarely write bad reviews or make complaints....but my experience with Enterprise has been terrible. 1-Waited over an hour for my car that was reserved prior at Euclid, location. Was supposed to get a Jeep Cruiser, but at last minute they gave me a 2019 Toyota 4Runner. Car reaked of smoke & was torn up, but I accepted because I had been there for so long and had to pick up my kids. 2-The Toyota had a slow leak in tire.... called to Euclid location to report and man who answered, told me to call around and see I can get another...I asked him to help make calls and he refused. 3-I called Customer Service the next morning and a nice gentleman assisted by sending me to Willowick location, they were pleasant and fixed the tire. 4-Car broke down today and I called customer service and they wanted me to pay $55 for the car to be towed. How can I be expected to cover the cost of YOUR car breaking down??? Luckily, I called AAA and the gentleman came and was able to jump start my car. I'm extremely disappointed in Enterprise's car rental as well as customer service in general.
