This branch is full of rude , and racist staff that seem to be racially profiling black people. Imagine being asked of my profession and other funny questions after providing my bank card and personal ID card because I wanted to withdraw few $ from my own account. The same bank that I have been with for over 6 years. The staff looked at me like .... when I replied her that I was a physician. Just as crazy as it sounds. I guess I made a mistake going to this branch to withdraw money. Not that the money is even a huge amount of money, just a few $. Never had such an awful experience at any KeyBank branch. This KeyBank branch needs to be better informed . They need training on how to talk to customers/clients . They probably think that every black man coming to the branch to withdraw any money is a thief.

What a terrible bank branch, do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else! All they want to is to take your money and get rid of you! I wish there was a way to give them zero stars, constant problems, lots of fees. The people who work at this bank are lost, zero empathy, zero personal connection, they just sit and message each other on their personal messenger system, making fun of clients! Anywhere is better!
