P.A MichaelDeyhle is a saint. Very knowledgeable in the medical field. HIS NURSE, on the other hand will NOT return a phone call when you leave her a message through the automated service. I have left her several messages to no avail. My next step is the patient Quality Care. Why do these nurses get a voicemail service and NOT return calls????

Trisha Strayer is my primary care provider along with my wife Jennifercand I can only say that the genuine concern and care to research and provide explanations along with options available to improve and maintain my health are always appreciated. When Jessica, her nurse is able to answer questions when needed with tenacity and as if Trisha Strayer was conveying the info it is greatly appreciated. jennifer, her scheduler, is always upbeat and positive and finds a way to fit me in if there is a cancelation allowing me to move up my visit .Jasmine warmly greets everyone with the same positivity. This should be shared with the associates to convey that a positive attitude does create a positive result . You can be proud of this team and the other associates who work behind the scenes also . It would make me pleased if this could be shared thank you ,Duane and Jennifer Heuker

Erin Chung saw me in the hospital. I had spent days sick and unable to sleep. She rounded on me while I was sleeping, finally. She woke me up and I asked her to speak to my family and not me. She refused to do so, even after I asked her to do so more than once. Terrible bedside manne5, narcissist who must be right. Lazy diagnosis. She was incorrect abt my diagnosis but I'm sure it was the first thing that popped into her head.
