Renee and Ally were great and very efficient!! They were in and out within just under 2 hours and I just called her yesterday to come out for our first clean! I will definitely be using them again, the relief of just being able to work from home and allow them to do their thing in such a short time, is worth twice the amount! Very kind people, quick to respond, and great cleaning job :) highly recommend!

Asked for a quote, missed the call back and then took 3 times trying to call (one was 30 seconds after I missed the call) to finally talk to owner. She quoted me a price on the phone so we set an appointment. Fast forward to the day before and she reaches out about some contract that she never mentioned on the phone. In the contract she doubles the price from $65 per hour, to $65 per person there. And also mentions a deposit ofof her forms of payment so I couldnt even pay it if I wanted. Then on day of I had to reach out to see when they were coming and she said they werent until deposit was paid, (of which I had only known about for 12 hours, and didnt have a way to pay it because she didnt tell me her names on cash app or Venmo) So I asked how long it typically takes for a house this size and she quoted me a full day . For reference the house is empty and going on the market so all that is needed is some mopping, and a few cabinets cleaned up, and one room had a smoker so the walls need cleaned. Nothing that would take a full 8 hours worth of work.
Very disappointed as I wanted to use a local business to the area.
