I've been understanding but now I have to say something. I tried to do a return at this store 6mos ago and i was made to call corporate right there at the counter and do all the work for them. Corporate was very helpful and the matter was resolved. Today I called at 9:50am to see if they had a shirt I saw online. The gal that answered informed me they weren't open until 10am. I apologized and said I'll call back in 10 minutes. I tried calling back at 10am and for 30min after and it was busy. Now, "maybe" she didn't hang the phone up properly? But regardless... I called the Southland store, they answered right away and the kind lady there really tried to find the shirt I was looking for. They didn't have it. I bought it online which is fine, I was just trying to get it b4 my moms bday wo paying $18 for shipping. I'm so disappointed with the customer service there. They will probably close soon too as it seems alot of people have had bad experiences. Make triple sure you'll never have to do a return, have anything shipped there or ask for any help finding what you're looking for.

The last remaining dedicated plus size clothing store in the area. Not necessarily my style choice, but their accessories (jewelry, handbags, & sunglasses) are always on point. Love shopping after season for wide width boots. I could never bring myself to pay full price for such cheaply made shoes & boots, but thankfully there's a nearby option when other shoe stores that carry my size are going out of business. The ladies have always been pleasant & helpful when I've visited.
