I purchased my condo April 2017 from Tony Deanna through my realtor. It was a flip, totally redone. It looks amazing, I thought I really landed a home I would love to come home to every day. Once I moved in, everything started to unravel. First, my neighbor came over to tell me that the month before I moved in Tony had workers lifting the patio and outside walk. They turned on the outside faucet, which they could not shut off and it flooded my bedroom and my neighbors bedroom! Tony did come out himself and shop vacuumed my bedroom and my neighbors. Of course, I was never told of this, new carpeting and padding already damaged before I moved in. The brand new dishwasher leaked water out of the door sides, when I called Tony to ask where was it purchased so I could go back to the company for a replacement or fix, his answer was "bummer" and he would get back to me. He never did. The refrigerator ice maker wasn't connected, had to do that. Plumbing under the bathroom sink leaked, he did send out his plumber twice to fix this. The icing on the cake, when the sidewalk was lifted, Tony didn't seek permission from the condo association to do the lift, the sidewalk is considered common area, which I would think he would know this being he has sold many properties here. During the lift, there was damage done to the underground drainage piping which causes the water to back up close to my front door. Not an ideal situation. I have phoned and spoke with Tony many times, but he never fixed the situation. In my opinion, I would never purchase or sell anything through any of Tony's companies. The workmanship he and his workers do is shoddy and his customer service is worse than that.
