        Rob came out and replaced my kitchen sink faucet . He did it in a timely matter and was very nice also . The office did a great job handling the scheduling too . Thank you for doing a nice job ! Will be using them again .

        These guys really helped to get everything out back together in a fast fashion. They fixed my grandpas kitchen sink and garbage disposal. We had Harley and an assistant get everything together quickly and he taught us a little bit about how stuff should look and what to watch out for. Super knowledgeable and understanding and he worked really well with the insurance company we went through to fix our problem. 10/10 recommend! These guys have been great in the past and still are now!

        They installed a kitchen sink and faucet in a new build. No water pressure nor hot water unless the faucet runs for three minutes. If you do the construction subcontracting, it seems to me you would ensure that the sink was functioning properly. Now theyre telling me its the faucet. Dudehow is this my fault? Shouldve ordered the faucet and fixed it. But they didnt because they knew thats not where the problem really is. And damaged the faucet when looking at it. Would never recommend this company.

      Ms. Turney, I have received and read your review. I am concerned with the problem you are experiencing with you kitchen faucet. We cannot find any record in our system of working in your home. We will gladly & promptly return to resolve your problem. We also wonder if Ray Esser & Sons Inc. is who provided you plumbing subcontracting service in your new build. Perhaps it was Dick Esser Plumbing instead. I am sure they will respond to your problem if you call them. However, if you provide us a phone number or address we will investigate further. Our office phone is 440-324-2018 if you prefer to call us directly. Thank you. We hope to be able to help resolve your problem. A 1 star review is unacceptable in our plumbing service division. Randy Esser1-10-24 I have been monitoring this negative review from you for 7 days now. I have not seen a response. We have not received a phone call from you so we can attempt to correct the pressure or hot water issue you stated. At this point, we have no way to contact you or send one of our service techs to fix your problems. I will assume your review is inaccurate about our company. We hope you find the company that did the plumbing in your new build and rescind the negative review you left us. Respectfully, Randy Esser
