        Very excited to live in this new development. The process was surprisingly seamless. Patricia Fehlan is outstanding, she is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We didnt feel like she was trying to sell us on anything. The area is nice and quiet, rural enough, with a lot of shopping and activities close by, but not too close, which is exactly what we want.

        We never thought we could ever have a brand new house built from the bottom up. But, with Ryan Homes we found out it was possible and in a price range we were comfortable with. Along with our realtor, Patty walked us through everything and made sure we understood what was happening. From picking out the lot, the model, the color of our home inside and out, Patty was right there and she was wonderful. And this is just the beginning. Ground hasn't even been broken yet, but we're excited to start and we know Patty will be there for any questions we may have. We can't wait to see it all happen and move in to our beautiful home.
