Awful customer service. Made an order over a hundred dollars. the order was initially lost due to negligence. Once found, a delivery attempt was made to the wrong address. The flowers never showed up ON THE DATE they were supposed to. When confronted the shop was very unpleasant. Look elsewhere for your arrangements unless you are okay with your order being lost, delivered to the wrong address, or enjoy unpleasant individuals.

I'd like to thank Puffers for correcting a mistake that was made on my arrangement. I would highly recommend this flourist shop. They are truly a fair and honest business. I will be doing all my flourist needs with this shop. Again thank you. Debi Stanley

I ordered flowers from this florist for my great niece. They called me the next morning and said they did not have the container that was on the website but they offered to put it in a plain container with a happy face balloon. They said that the flowers would look like the one on the website. My niece was having a difficult time and the smiley face was what I really wanted which was what the original container looked like. When the flowers arrived at her house, they did not look like the ones on the website and they put a happy birthday balloon, not a happy face balloon. I called them the next day and asked them to call my niece and apologize for the mixup, and they told me they would. But they did not. This business cannot be trusted. I strongly recommend that you do not use them.
