        I've been coming to this location to pay my rent for almost a year now. Today the teller told me she couldn't let me pay my rent. The manager then yelled at me when I asked what changed that I couldn't pay my rent explaining I've been doing it since moving in as my landlord has it set up there for us to pay into their account. They refused my rent , refused telling me of any changes and made me feel very threatened for a grown man / bank manager to yell at me like I am a child. My rent payment was never taken and I refuse to enter this bank before speaking to his boss. You don't yell at customers. I manage a restaurant and wouldn't have a job if I talked to people like that. If there was a policy change I am still waiting to hear as no other branch understands why I was treated this way. It is not a change at other banks. Was I singled out. ?
