A five star performance in car-buying for my Buick! It was a pleasure to work with Mike to review my options and budgetary constraints in getting my next Buick. With no pressure and relaxed attitude, we discussed different options amicably and I test drove a couple of cars until I found my desired Buick model. But that was just the beginning. For the first time in my car buying experience, the financial part actually became a pleasant process thanks to Bonnie and the team. Elsewhere, it takes a while to get you through the never-ending finance paperwork whereas at Nick Abraham's, it almost felt like a breeze. Above all, they also process your Ohio plates which lets you keep your existing plates. No temporary tags! Awesome experience!
