Well lets just start with the fact that I used to go through Aarons rental about five years ago now they have a new clientele that doesnt know what theyre doing we have called them gave them everything we need theyve called us back we had to call them back made the five dollar payment theyre saying its declined and it showed in our bank account that it was deducted and they show up at our house This is poor customer service the poor guy was freezing outside we have the ring and he was standing there doing what he was told Im sorry he has a boss that doesnt know what hes doing

Had a TV and stand delivered they were the worst company I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service was a huge disappointment! I walked in no greetingif it was, I didnt hear one. Everyone was in their offices not caring that the one representative they up front had no clue on prices or even cared to know. I did NOT want to go to another rent to own company but I have no choice!
