They over charge and lie about not doing estimates. Then they raise everyone's bills without sending out notices. They posted about it on Facebook. They're thieves and the water quality is garbage.

Paid water bill. Water cut off on Christmas eve anyway. Merry Christmas to us I guess.

The office is only open from 8:30 - 4:00, which I thought it use to be until 5:00 pm, but no hours posted on door, probably to keep us guessing when they'll actually be there! And now they're also closed Fridays! So only 4 days & shorter hours. Does that mean the city is spending less on office workers??? Lol Plus I have to agree with a few other comments, that some at the front desk aren't friendly & rude at times over the past 3 yrs.

With Covid and everything going on, and being told to pay online. Why is there an almost $6 fee for payment to be processed. Completely ridiculous if you ask me.

Love the water dept. They go above and beyond to give good service. The workers have to dig and work in all kinds of nasty weather to keep the water going. We are very lucky we still have inexpensive rates compared to other places. You can now pay your bill online in person or by mail. I only had a problem one time and it was fixed immediately.
