        We had someone name Bill Baumel coach the team. Completely unable to manage or get people to work together. He embarrassed the team by signing them up for tournaments before they were ready and then quit on the 11 year old boys after a month. Seemed to change his plan on a weekly basis (or had no idea how to coach or manage in the first place). He did send everyone an intro email saying he played AAU back in the day and played against someone who knew someone named Curley who was really good. If you try to contact OSP and figure out what is going on, or why this person is coaching, good luck, you won't receive any sort of follow up.
