Hi Kiana, We believe in providing excellent customer service to all of our guest. That being said, we would have gladly assisted you in any fixes needed at the time of service. You never mentioned anything at the time of service that you were displeased. In your review you stated that these occurred overtime after the next couple of days yet we have you on record calling shortly after your visit for a refund. When denied you called back after 2 weeks and demanded for a free pedicure service. We're sorry but we cannot offer you complimentary free services. Our staff have tried their best to assist you in this matter. We offered to fix this for you even after your return and you declined our offer so we offered you the next best thing which you also declined. Your service was for $102 and you the remaining of the $130 that you've stated, I assume was in tips. We believe that we've done everything we could to assist you in this situation. We're sorry if it's not to your liking. Perhaps another salon will better fit your needs in the future.
