        We were told by a Branch Manager at CrossCountry Mortgage that my wife and I were not eligible to buy a home and that there wasn't much else they could do. Fortunately, we got a second opinion from a lender who was willing to give us more options and work with us, and thankfully we did because we were able to get approval for our wonderful first home. If you are told no from CrossCountry Mortgage, then get a second opinion!

        These people are the WORST!!!! I have requested to them to stop calling me trying to get my business on multiple occasions. 7-8 times now. I've lost count. When I do, they hang up on you. They are beyond annoying and getting into levels of harassment at this point. Absolutely the worst. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
