I love Jimmy Johns but this location is so slow, Ill order a mobile order for ASAP and make my way down to the store 15-20 mins later and there will be 1 person in the store and they didnt even start my order yet, then it takes an additional 5 minutes, why cant you pre-make my room temperature sub before I get there.

Jimmy Johns subs are delicious. But this particular location is run by a lazy manager / greedy franchise owner. They need to staff the store correctly. Two high schoolers (or *maybe* early college aged kids) working lunch on a March Madness Saturday is not sufficient. It took >2 hours to get our online order only because I came into the store and got in front of the walk-ins. The line workers did a great job calling us and communicating to us that they were backed up and they deserve a bonus and better pay. Management did an absolutely awful job of managing the store capacity versus the demand. Why is the manager not in the store helping when short staffed? Jimmy Johns pays sandwich makers about $12-13 an hour even though I paid $100 for a meal it took them about 5 minutes to actually assemble (once they started working on it). PROTIP: Just pay a little bit more and you'll get more applicants. Now I know to order from Potbellys to not support endentured servitude.

The so-called store manager, LIN you may as well go to another Jimmy Johns twice our sandwiches were made wrong twice. He insists that he made them correctly. I have the receipts here then calls me a liar. Says hes not going to argue??? Really????While Im there I checked one sandwich I shouldve checked all of them before I left because this is not only happened once this is twice, he puts tomatoes on my husband sandwich whos allergic to tomatoes after we specifically asked for onions on mine there was no cheese after I added cheese and paid for it. when I get there and I open the sandwich no cheese so I tell him, and what did he do???? He hand me two slices of cheese on wax paper. I said theres no mayonnaise. Heres mayonnaise packets, and this is the store manager???? Stay clear he is the rudest individual. Thats what jimmy johns has running their stores! Well guess what? Now they pissed me off basically telling me off over the phone I will go way up higher than him and be heard. How anyone like that, can run a store. I guess these places are that desperate they even hire absolute idiots.
