Jersey Mikes should give you more options when you place a delivery order!! They should include options for more or less ingredients on all their items!! Otherwise they give you a lot of food for what you pay compared to other sub shops! Maybe management can help out with this request? Vegetarian options: Lots of options! Parking: Its in a strip mall so its first come first served! Never an option for parking except maybe around the holidays or lunchtime!

Gluten free bread is horrible. Don't ever buy that.. I've had gluten free bread before knowing that it's not as good as wheat but didn't expect this horrible taste . I called to ask to make another sub with wheat they said no.

Very disappointed. Doesnt give the customer what they want. Weve been going there for years. Just today we went there and they will no long heat up the sub meat unless the customer is pregnant. Is what they told me. Also , gave me a hard time to toast the bread. They stated they have new management and can no longer fulfill these order requests. Well, you just lost some customers, so I hope the new management sees this. We will not be back.

New ownership not very willing to keep customers happy. I spend $800-$1000 a month on sub boxes to provide to customers, and always received a discount on my orders. Manager said they are not honoring discount anymore. You would think they would want to keep a customer who spends that monthly happy New manager was extremely rude!
